Shafts ( Spindles) With Differing End Connections To Mount Rollers On Roller Conveyors Frames

Types of Shaft (Spindles) End Connections For Mounting Rollers On Roller Conveyors Frames
Spring Loaded Shaft End Connections Internal Threaded Round Shaft Connections
Rollers Mounted On Shafts With Spring Loaded Connections On Both Ends. Economical, Very Popular. Simple-Quick Assembly-Disassembly. Needs ≥ 1/16″ Gap On Each Side From Inner Width Of Frame And Roller To Allow Easy Installation. Frames Need Cross Braces To Support Conveyor. Sizes Ø8mm, Ø10mm, Ø7/16”, Ø12mm, Ø15mm, Rollers Mounted On Shafts With Internal Threads Have Higher Load Capacity Than Spring Loaded Shafts. Costlier, Assembly & Disassembly Takes More Time. Roller Fastened To Frame With Bolt On Each End.  Bolt Hole Clearance In Frame ~ 0.5mm Larger Than Bolt Eg. For M8 Bolt, Mounting Hole Is Φ 8.5mm.

Round End Shaft Connections Hexagonal End Shaft Connections Drilled Tapped End Shaft Connections
Suitable For Double Spring Loaded Rollers. Side Frames Drilled Or Punched. Sizes Ø8mm, Ø10mm, Ø7/16”, Ø12mm, Ø15mm, Suitable For Hexagonal Spindle Generally Spring Loaded, Prevents Spindle From Rotating In Punched Conveyor Side Frames, Also Prevents Bearing Inner Race From Rotating On Spindle.
